Pensacola Pass. This is the main entry from the Gulf of Mexico into Pensacola Bay. This pass was dredged to allow an Aircraft Carrier to enter so it is nice and deep. The largest ocean going Yachts can enter this harbor from all over the world.

The fishing at the drop-off to the center channel is great with Red Fish, Grouper, Snapper, and even Cobia are being landed just off shore. The little beach area south of the pass is the Ft. Mc Rae ruins (Gulf Island National Sea Shore). This is a "Locals" favorite place to pull their boat up and explore and possibly swim in the bay or the Gulf of Mexico. No Real Estate for sale here!
